The setting for this story is Provence - already a star! Alan has been through a horrible divorce from a con man out to wipe him out. He has left Los Angeles so that he can complete his book since his deadline is looming and he has a severe case of writers block - brought on by the harassment from his ex.

This story was really well developed and written. I have to admit, I missed some action this slow pace and Alana calm, deeply hurt characteristic, made this story a bit boring even if it was well developed. I did like it, but this slow pace wasn't hot point.
