I really loved this book. I loved the thought that I thought this was non-fiction but at the end when the mother giant comes it is fiction. And i love the very end where finally she gets a little brother, that's so sweet! :)
A cute story for younger children that can handle a heaftier sized chapter book.

Allan Ahlberg, one of the most acclaimed and successful authors of children's books - including the best-selling Jolly Postman series - says that he dreamed of becoming a writer since the age of twelve. But his route to that goal was somewhat circuitous.
