This little, profusely illustrated book is probably most suited for someone who is preparing to teach a class on nicotine use or a unit on the subject in a broader class about psychoactives, habits and addictions. Anyone interested in an overview about the drug or the smoking of it, however, will find information of interest within. Those wanting to quit smoking will be practically encouraged. Those seeking to prohibit the practice will be discouraged.

A smoker myself, I read this book with some
