Kandy has taken over her grandfathers candy shop. She has since turned it into a ice cream shop and her freezer keeps going out. Her local fix it man, Jason Chapman is to the rescue. Kandy wishes it was someone else. Jason embarrassed her years ago and Kandy has not forgotten about that. Jason hopes one of the days of asking her to dinner will finally work.
