One of my favorite Simpsons scenes finds Marge and Homer at some vegetarian friends home. Chickpeas and something is the answer every time the couple gets asked what a dish is. I love chickpeas. The rating is strictly for the quality of the recipes. If you're put off by obnoxious people and can't get past that in a cookbook like I can, you may want to avoid this one.
