Vindico: I am Liberation by Alex McCann Johnson is an ambitious book. We have gods, immortals, wendigos and titans thrown together with humans. The book is a little reluctant to get going, especially after the prologue takes us off at a bit of a tangent. However, slowly but surely, a compelling story line emerges and we become familiar with the various qualities, both good and bad, of the various fantastical and human main players.
