Shelves: research
Had the pleasure of working through this book during a class with the author. Certainly an academic & technical read, but a solid compilation of work on red tape and bureaucracy from a public administration lens. Worth a read if you're interested in the topic, but also if you want a primer of what research looks like in the discipline of public admin.
