Right away in the first chapter, a section is repeated word for word, doubling the chapter's size. Not a good way to start a story (unless it is like the movie "Groundhog Day," which it doesn't seem to be, since that repeat occurance didn't happen elsewhere i nthe story....) In this point in the series, I have gotten use to many things about Hilda. She has grown and become more balanced in many ways due to William's appearance. Another installation from Paul Kater in his Hilda series. I didn't find this one quite as exciting as some of the ones before, but the humor is still there. That is all I need to enjoy these books.

I obviously needed to read the first four books in this series, because I was totally lost right off the bat. And didn't seem to want to find out why; not that interested.

Series continues to please. This one had a bit more gravitas: more ambiguity, a more menacing villain, fewer comedic scenes -- and more satisfying for that.

I really enjoyed this one. I enjoyed the adventures of the cats as well as the witches. It added a new twist to the cats. Good book.

After learning far too much about computers he started to make a living with them. During all that time he always wrote short stories, little things to entertain family and friends and also himself with
