This book was so sad! *Whimper* The book starts with showing that Shu had the same illness as Marika. His sister came in the hospital to check on Shu after him coughing up blood after his space exercises. Shu asked her to get him Ponkan juice. After she got it...Shu was already dead. I felt that the structure or style in a way made it so sad! I was crying! I didn't not see his death coming. I felt like falcon punching Shu's "father". He didn't care to see him in the hospital! Started crying at the first page, didn't really stop for quite some time. Even though I get mad at this series for including something heart-wrenching in each volume, I'm still impressed at how much I can be shocked. I haven't become cynical about it yet because the drawings, and everyone's (well developed) personalities are so hopeful.
