Recommends it for: Women, especially working moms
This is a great book about being in love with life and being joyful in it. Although the book can be a bit preachy and a little on the heavy side of anti-technology, Loretta LaRoche is a funny lady and really knows how to get her point across. She boils life down to "What would Grandma Do?" and really shows us how crazy our life is with its constant bombardment by the media and technological gizmos.

It's a bit dated in places, which is actually saying something, since it was written in 2001. But
