Recommends it for: Anyone with an educated interest or delight in good food and cooking.
I bought this anthology as a 'thank you for inviting me to lunch present' for cousins - she is a very capable cook, he loves gardening.

My initial reaction to seeing it on the booksellers shelf was, "Oh no! Not another anthology on cooking." I picked it up, flipped through it, and thought WOW. "No" to "YES!" in under a minute; despite the publisher(Max Press, Little Books Ltd) being unknown to me.
