Another text done!

I enjoyed this book and it's content. While I found it repetitive and that it referenced the same studies throughout the book, it was very informative. As someone who has dealt with mental illness, it was good to read there are ways to minimize symptoms with nutrients rather than pharmaceuticals. The book isn't a case of this is better than that. It recognized that prescriptions are common and gave advice on how to either wean off (with the guidance of a professional) or to avo...more

I did like this book, but it was a hard read to just sit and enjoy. It had a lot of stats which was great for class, but not a great sit down and read book.
