There's really not much I can say about this book, having already seen the TV-Show, nothing was a big surprise, but I still really enjoyed it because I just love Sara Shepard's writing!
In this book we had the big 'Foxy' benefit dance, which was kind of like homecoming (I think it was homecoming, anyway) in the TV-Show.
I can't wait to see what happens in the next books, and I'm really hoping for a lot more character development, and a larger development between the 4 girls ...more
The book tried too hard to emphasize the glamour and high sophistication of Rosewood and everyone who lived in it, that it became so superficial, and the characters unlikeable - they were portrayed as being somewhat vapid and shallow - especially Hanna and Spencer, two of the most sharp-witted girls of the group with very strong personalities on the show. When I think of Aria, Emily Spencer and Hanna I see 4 train wrecks. They are all derailing so fast it's making my head spin.

Sara Shepard has such a way of speaking to the reader and making it seem like they are right in the action. I found myself not wanting to read at night because I got so paranoid! That's the kind of book I crave.

Why has it taken me so long to read this series?!
