The book I am reviewing is the Perfect Chicken Dishes which I found to be the new review edition of this book. I think it's a good book for those who know nothing about cooking at all especially cooking chicken. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because to me I think less is more...Too much writings and unneeded pictures, yes they are pretty pictures but too many...It was a Christmas gift

Has some delicious recipes, and lots of great instructions for doing very tricky things (birds are such a challenge if you are going to be working with anything besides boneless, skinless chicken breasts). Lots of international recipes too! A very good book. I would ALMOST buy it to own...

I thought this book was just okay. A few interesting recipes set in a very unappealing format.Sadly, nNot a keeper for me.
