Great book filled with innovative exercises and routines.

I really enjoyed this book. There were a lot of interesting exercises that I'd never seen or heard of before.

Awesome collection of fast workouts with great pictures, instructions, and information for a variety of difficulty levels and kinds of equipment. Great book for when you need some filler routines or you want to mix things up!

Pretty good book, but I find videos the best to see the form on the exercise.
