This is required reading for Joseph Rubano's Chakra of the Heart meditation class. This book is cool because it takes Steiner's meditation advice and translates them into something I understood and wanted to do. There are so many ways to meditate, and Lipson doesn't say Steiner's methods are the easiest (would you expect Steiner and "easy" in the same sentence, now reeeeaaaly?). A slow read but it came highly recommended from a trusted source so I kept at it and was glad I did.
