Easter's Lilly was anything except a boring read. Serrano does an amazing job at entertaining the reader as Lilly's story unfolds. The characters are also intriguing- and will keep you reading to see what's up with each of them. Also, the relationships in this book are, for the most part, very real- especially in regards to the 4 brothers that Lilly lives with and interacts with. From nearly killing one another, to desperately doing anything to save one another, these men embody the very essence

I started out reading this book and thought I had missed some pages. The relationship with Lilly and Johnny just seemed so quick. There was no build up to their relationship and it just seemed they jumped into it. I also didn't like Lilly at first because she just seemed so clingy and too easy going. She started to grow on me though and I feel in love with her and wanted to keep reading to see her story play out. I personally couldn't stand Deigo and all but feel in love with Max and Hector. Whi

Easter's Lilly by Judy Serrano follows Lilly through an interesting life journey. An affair with a drug dealer leads her into a life of danger and darkness. She also finds love and in a twisted way, family. What I liked about this book is the concept. I think the idea for the story was really good and had great potential. I did like the characters in the book. They are pretty well written. Lilly is grows up a lot in the book and I had a lot of sympathy for her situation.

'Easter's Lilly' was a wonderful read. I enjoyed this book so much and can't wait until the next in the series. The author, Judy Serrano so expertly wrote of places and people, that I was immediately drawn into the story. Each chapter held something unexpected. I could not set this book down. This is a unique storyline, pitting romance against a high-ranking drug lord.

I felt the beginning of the book was too rushed. It felt like the author had a story in her mind she just needed to get out quickly.
After awhile it slowed down. When I say slowed down, I mean to a pace where its action packed and a page turner but it wasn't so fast you were left confused.
Once it got to that part for me...I couldn't put the book down. It was definitely a page turner.

I would like to start off my first saying I hate giving bad reviews because I believe every author goes through a lot to put themselves out there , that being said Easter's Lily was not what I would call a fabulous book. The idea of the story was good , Lily being a good girl the daughter of a cop , only to get into a relationship with a gangster. My problem with the book is everything happened to fast . Lily meets John, Lily sleeps with John, John gets Lily preggos, and then he dies , and Lil

A drama of sorts that made me feel like I had turned on a soap opera. A tale of four brothers and the woman who got all tangled up in the family. With twists and turns, I had no idea where this book was going to end up. Dirty cops and drug dealers made the book interesting and full of violence.
To be completely honest, I still don’t know where I stand on this book. It was a page turner and it ended with a great cliffhanger that had me wondering what would come next. But with all More...

This book was ok but I thought too much stuff was packed into the story and because of that I am giving it 3 stars instead 4. It was a page turner and did end with a great page cliffhanger that makes you want to read the next book (which I will review next month). I hope the next book is better.
