my friend gave this to me as a pregnancy gift...it is full of natural concoctions to put together in order to pamper yourself while having a growing baby inside of you. I read it aloud to will during our trip home from chicago over thanksgiving. it was quick and fun and i am looking forward to trying some recipes out to dote on myself!
