Switch by KJ Kabza (M/M & F/F): a really interesting short story about angels without sex. Disclosure: I was given a reviewer's .pdf of this anthology.
The anthology theme is homoerotic encounters between angels and demons, which could lead to a clichéd collection, but overall the stories in the anthology are original and inventive. The erotica is as sensual as one could hope, but these talented authors also include a great deal of world-building and deftly-handled metaphysics -- not an easy thing to do in the confines of a short story.
I especially liked " More...
