A fantastic inspiring story: rooted in the actual and practiced Tata's organizational values (set by the founder almost 150 years ago! - to note that Tata has since then operated from what we call today Social Responsibility perspective). I read this book in preparation for a Board "think tank" meeting. I'm not sure it had any truly new or enlightening ideas. Good tale of how Ratan Tata embarked on the difficult task of coming up with a radically cheap but nevertheless safe 4-wheeler. Some more engineering stuff would have been nice, but some parts are really fun (Bosch's compressor redesign from a lawnmower is awesome! good enough is good enough!) and the story of how Tata moved their production site as well as the account of their CSR initiatives is great!

A nice book, but a little over the top on the enthusiasm quotient :-] Written by two folks who are nano fanboys.
