This is an interesting and entertaining book regardless of how much a work of fiction you decide it may be. The author maintains that there are factions within the Mossad that feel their mandate to provide "national security" supersedes policy of the politicians in power. The same could probably be said about the CIA, MI-5, RCMP or any other intelligence agency you care to mention.
Hard to believe the stories, considering how compartmentalized Mossad is. Interesting if you treat it as a spy novel.
