This was not well written as it jumped around alot and was very repetitive in alot of ways. Also there were way too many personal stories, quotes and philosophizing. HOwever, if you skip alot of chapters and just read the beginning and close to the end that explains about treatment options, I found that this was a very helpful book. I think from the confusing way this book was written, it doesnt seem like the author got over his depersonalization even though I think he said he did. If you suffer ...more
