I really enjoy history and saw this for .99 all over the internet. I downloaded and read it in oh, 5 minutes? If you read the description, you've read this book. Sorry, VERY disappointed. Anyone who had an American History class could write this. The idea of writing as if Washington was being interviewed was a good idea but there is NOTHING in here I didn't all ready know. Too short, lame, not enough history, I just don't get it. Great way to make a buck off suckers like me. Wish I could get my ...more

I disagree with LWF. Although the book is short, I certainly wouldn't call it disappointing. I can see that genned-up historians would probably know all the information already, but for people like me who only know the basics, I found this an enjoyable read. I agree that the length is short but to be honest, for 0.99c I wouldn't be expecting a novel of epic proportions! I have read more from this author and overall would recommend the ones which are a collective of individual stories - they are ...more
