'Ace' is the first Chase novel I've read (probably re-read) after many years. I read most of the author's works during my teens. I expected to find the book underwhelming and amateurish, reading it as an adult now. I'm happy to say that even after all these years Chase definitely gets the job done for me. 'Ace' packs an exciting plot with a whole lot of twists in a relatively short book. Crime plot looks good,but what's good in an incomplete journey?
