Exciting, indulgent food with a plethora of influences. Loads of vegan recipes and others are easily adapted. I found that some of the recipes didn't work with the stated quantities, so one for the confident cook.
Cookbook from The Gate restaurant in Hammersmith, London. Very handy for snacks, side dishes and accompaniments as well as main meals. Strong leaning towards middle-east and Asian food, with plenty of variety overall. Loses a star for the poor coverage of desserts and puddings!
