Recommends it for: Anyone who feels like they're in a rut, depressed, or dealing with a crisis or personal turmoil.
I think it's human nature to think of the negative first, and be fearful of the unknown, whether it be about the future, or something you're dealing with at the moment. This book gives you the some practical applications you can use to turn your way of thinking around. And within time you see what an amazing difference it makes in your life when you apply what you've learned.

This book was tough to make myself read. Parts of it were, in my cynical opinion, are a bit hokey but there were also some real truths that ran through it.

Pretty powerful and self explanatory! We are what we think about!
