I think this large format storybook was better than Rescuers Down Under, the movie. And that's taking into account that my Mom who read it to me doesn't have quite the vocal talent that Bob Newhart, John Candy and Eva Gabor do.

Full page color pictures. Concise text. Disney magic.

It's not just a colouring book, it's full text as well alongside the pictures that you colour in, such an awesome idea! And there's a small version of the picture at the top of each page so you know what colours everything is meant to be... although that didn't stop me from colouring in the first few pages in neon high-lighters :P At least I was 10 so it's all neat! Most of the pages are still uncoloured too... project for a rainy day?!

This was a book my grandma used to read me when I was young. I liked when she read it to me even more than when I watched the movie. Her voices during the story made it great. I recommend this Australian adventure story to younger kids who love to listen to read alouds. If you are a teacher, I recommend showing the movie after you have read the story to them.

Although this book is long is would be great for older students who want a fun read who want the length of a chapter book without the difficulty. I would also use it as a casual read aloud where we read a different part every other day so it can be a kind of literary weekly t.v. show. for them!

I had this book when I was young because I loved this movie and the one before it. This is the rescuers set in Australia. I loved these books when I was a kid and i think kids today will also enjoy them.

A cool Australian adventure with Bernard and Bianca!

Santi's current favorite. A longer picture book, with wonderful, colorful illustrations on every page. Perfect for airplanes trips!

Another cool adventure!

This sequel book was actually better than the first because we know a lot more about these characters.
