Walter Brueggemann is always stimulating. I am using this in a group Bible study on the psalms and it has generated a lot of thought and conversation. The video component was good. Steve Frost's commentary was good but not as significant as the narrative by Brueggemann. I would definitely recommend this for personal reading or group study.

Billed as being a Brueggemann book but in reality it is some very short thoughts from Brueggemann with a commentary and study by Steve Frost. Unfortunately, Frost fails to write at Brueggemann's level and makes something quite clear become more foggy!
