clear and useful. about the highest praise you can give a technical book written for laypeople.
This book was just a little too much for me. I'm happy enough (for now) with the stretches I learned from Sport Stretch: 311 Stretches for 41 Sports.
Very helpful. I've spent quite a bit time with it.
