This was an okay introduction to the anti inflammation diet. There wasn't much I didn't already know in the book. It was neatly organized and a good starting point for someone who's never heard of the diet or is new to the concept.

According to this book, I can no longer eat anything but fish (which I don't eat) and raw vegetables. Not very realistic.

read as a refresher after long dr chats on pain management. a good guide for DIYers managing chronic conditions and a good check in on managing via nutritional choices.
