This cookbook's 3 ingredient limit is right up my alley. That's about how many I can handle. I also particularly like the large net carb listing, featured at the top of each recipe page. Combined, these two things make Low Carb 1-2-3 a very efficient and practical cookbook.

I'm finding this an interesting take on low carb. Make it simple, flavorful, and keep both the carbs and fats and calories to a minimum - and only 3 ingredients. Within those constraints, the author still manages to come up with some creative dishes.
While more fat-phobic than I am (I would probably substitute the full-fat versions for her low fat substitutes for milk and cheese), there are a number of recipes I think I am going to try.
