Small and helpful book on the benefits and potential dangers of mentoring. I appreciated the research-based approach the author took to mentoring, backing up her claims with studies and pointing out what we still don't know and where more research needs to be done. A bit academic in places for someone who just wants to figure out how to mentor well, but especially because it's so short, I'd definitely still recommend it.
an excellent and realistic picture of mentoring!
