Francis Lister Hawks was an American priest and a politician in North Carolina.
He earned a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1815 and became a member of the North Carolina House of Commons in 1821. He was also active in church, and became a priest of the Episcopal Church.
