The CD can be a bit awkward and repetitive, but has some good notes on breath technique. The reader may want to read the book and try the CD, then put together their own practice based on what they remember and enjoy rather than use the CD every time.

Read this book while taking a meditation course of the same name by Gabriel Rocco at the Wellness Center of Philadelphia. The book is very helpful--with a sound CD included--in learning and practing this
powerful sound meditation form.

Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche (བསྟན་འཛིན་དབང་རྒྱལ་ bstan 'dzin dbang rgyal) is a teacher (lama) of the Bön Tibetan religious tradition. He is presently based in the United States of America, where he founded the Ligmincha Institute in 1992 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, in order "to preserve the ancient teachings, transmissions and practices of the Bön Buddhist tradition."
