I just love this series.

This is an up close and incredibly intense story about what it is like to be the daughter of the president of the United States. Additionally it is a remarkably demonstrative examination of an extraordinary relationship as it is being rekindled, retooled, and at times almost overwhelming for both parties. The other member of this couple is an astoundingly fine secret service operative and an amazing leader of the team in charge of safeguarding the chief of state's only child. I initially read th ...more

Stark, you and Savard should get married. Just saying. Cam, keep up the good work. And Blair, nice for keeping it in your pants, and Cam's.

A little slow and lacks the sensuality of book one...

This is Radclyffe's second book in the Honor Series. It continues six weeks after the first book ends with a heightened drama starring our tall, handsome Secret Service Agent Cameron Roberts, one stalker, and the beautiful daughter of the president she is sworn to protect.

(Beware, a few spoilers ahead)

I still love these characters and will continue the series, but this book got off to a pretty slow start (for about 100 pages, in my opinion!) a

#2 in the Honor series from Radclyffe is another great outing...

With Cameron and Blair separated by job and country their newly realized relationship is in a holding pattern. Cameron has been reassigned back to the Investigative Unit and Blair is on an official trip to China with her father, the President of the United States. But things change quickly as Cam is ordered to immediately return to her position as Commander of the security detail in charge of "Egret", she is not told why but she rus

Seriously!

Can Radclyffe be any better? Yeah, I've read other reviews stating that she's predictable blah blah. Always a happy ending, but isn't that what we want from our fiction? Something resembling real life, but leaving you happy at the end? Isn't there enough hate and bad feeling in this world, which I hasten to add Radclyffe covers superbly. Radclyffe highlights on going issues from society, in this case a psychotic stalker in a position of trust. The good guys win but aren't unaffected. B

I enjoyed this book about as much as I enjoyed the first one, which means that it was a good story. I enjoyed the action, the love scenes, the developing romance between the leads. I enjoyed the new side romance with Savard and Stark (though this book lacked Diane, whom I adore). And the ending climax involving Loverboy had me on the edge of my seat.

However, this book felt so much like the first one. When I look back on them, I can hardly separate the two narratives. I do feel the rising romance

This novel continues, almost retells but also deepening, the story of Above All Honor. President's daughter Blair Powell is still in danger from the overly personal, and escalating attentions of a fixated admirer and Cameron Roberts returns as the secret service agent in charge of protecting her amidst the politics of an interagency investigation which adds the considerable charms of FBI agent Renee Savard into the mix. They resist both the external threat and the complications of their growing ...more

i forgot how much i love almost all the characters. surprisingly i grew fond of Blair. i remember how much i dislike her in first book. it was the same at the beginning of this volume as well. i just can't understand her reckless behavior and she sometimes acts like unreasonable child. that changed through this instalment.

i think whatever problem i have with Blair, it doesn't apply for Cam. she really is incredible. and i love supporting characters as well.

this was interesting action read with

In this installment Cam and Blair come to a place of acceptance with their feelings for one another. The fact that Cam is recalled as Blair's security chief throws their relationship for a loop, but they come out on top. Stark and Savard's relationship is heating up. Savard is injured which brings Stark's feelings about her to the forefront. It's going to be interesting to see how these couples try to figure out how to separate their professional and private lives.

This story is the continuation to find out who the heck is this guy "Loverboy" causing all this anguish in the lives of Cameron and Blair as well as her team. I like the inclusion of Savard, Mac, Stark, Diane, and Elaine. The times when Cameron and Blair are together and alone are emotional and compelling with smoking hot love scenes. When a relationship starts out so intensely sexual, you have to wonder if it will burn itself out. I for one sure hope not. Come on ladies, lets' do some talking.

I liked this book better than the first one. It was a quick read, and the characters developed more. I liked that it showed the relationship building between the two emotionally, rather than just sexually. It was a really fast and fun read, but it didn't really make me want to continue the series. But I do appreciate a lesbian romance novel.

I did not expect it, but part 2 was even better than part 1.
In this part of the series the relationship between Cameron and Blair deepened, and my god those two have incredible sexual tension, it only gets Hotter. Radclyffe manages to keep the characters and the story line interesting and this is encouraging to read the whole series.
On to part 3, hopefully it's of the same quality.

Honor Bound went from sexual tension to apprehension. Cam Roberts puts herself in the line of fire (in more than one sense) to protect Miss Powell from a predator. An easier tryst between them teams in feelings resurfacing, despite the potential impact on life and duty. Very gripping.

Liked it more that the 1st book surprisingly) Love the story. Really thought the line about super famous people can't be that catching but it is beautiful and interesting. Already enjoy the book 3.

J'ai largement préféré au premier. En plus il y avait de l'humour. Et je ne pensais pas que l'auteur choisirait un méchant comme ça.

The plot is quite missing, but the ladies do sizzle! You can feel the sexual tension through the pages! If only there was some meet to the plot...
