FedEx Delivers describes the company's TQM culture and crows about receiving the Malcolm Baldridge award. Published in 2005, long after the QA circles of the 1980s, I'm sure that all of that helped to propel FedEx to their current industry domination. The words leadership and innovation are repeated frequently on every page, and frankly it got a little boring. This is another excellent insider story of FedEx. It's also got more of the management principles that FedEx has adopted. If only all companies would take such good care of their people.
