P. O. E. has a magistral art in telling stories from the past. Well researched with just that bit of fiction to make them page-turners. This book is no exception.

Mooi boek over de sociale toestanden in Zweden in de negentiende eeuw. Over hoe het kapitalisme gewone arbeiders in armoede houdt. Graag gelezen.
