An empowering insight into how we can tap into our own awareness by understanding the power and freedom of the most spirited animal, the horse. As Kohanov writes,

"These animals mirror, and help us recover, the beauty, power, and nobility of own spirit, that elusive Presence so easily lost in the frenzy and disconnection of civilized life."
