Omigod! Omigod! I freaking loved this book...what am I saying I freaking loved this series!!!! This is the first series since I read Twilight that I have given all the books in the series five stars. This series was just so emotional. I really thought that we were going to lose one of the main characters at the end of the book. I was just so hysterical. Usually I would fling my book at the wall but I was reading my Kindle and if I threw that at the wall...let's just say my parents would not be t ...more

Vindicated continues to follow Alex and Jessica in their quest for a normal, happy life together. Alex is still an angel, and the call from the other side is getting stronger. Jessica now knows that she can’t die, that she is more angel than human, but she’s still at a loss for how to use this fact to her advantage. Will the two of them beat death and find their happily ever after or will Jessica be forced to spend an eternity without Alex as he finishes his job on the other side of life?

This was a good closing the Jessica and Alex's story. The characters grew in their experiences, and while the outcome was what I had expected, the process by which the characters reached that ending was a twist that I hadn't seen coming. Again, the main reason I cannot give this book five stars is because of the spelling and grammatical errors that ran rampant throughout the novel. These errors ("you're" instead of "your," as one example) were so avoidable if even one person had gone through thi ...more

I seriously cannot believe i had never heard to this until a few days ago when i picked up the first as an amazon freebie. It is the most fantastic take on angels and books have so much too them! Absolutely stunning series. I highly recommend them.

I am officially

The Fall of Angels trilogy has been by far been the most "different" Angel series I've read. :) I was a little hesitant at first but I really enjoyed this read. I loved the character development and all of the twists and turns in the story. I just love Alex and Cole! The ending was great! Not perfect but perfect for the characters!! I definitely recommend this book it certainly had a different take on Angels. ...more
There r only so many novels that leave me smiling and speechless in the end.
The whole Fall of The Angels trilogy was brilliantly written, and summing up all the three books..a wonderful story! a well deserved 5/5 star book... or rather , 5 million stars.
Last in the Fall of Angels series. The book doesn't disappoint. Still a bit tame but suitable for the audience it's geared towards. I think this would make a great film or mini series.
This one actually worried me, but loved it! Liked all the character changes. I <3 Alex & Jessica :)

As the 3rd and final instalment of the Fall of Angels Series I had high hopes for Vindicated and I was not disappointed. As always when you read the last book in a series you have to prepare for the worst possible ending, just in case. But this ending was perfect full stop.

It was rather confusing because you have to look out for the little detail throughout the whole series, and since I was so apprehensive to see if I liked the ending, the second half of the book was quite rushed. It did tie up

The characters in this book are so well written. Through the trilogy you sense the growth of both the individual characters and the relationships with those around them. Jessica works to move on from the past issues she had with her family and reaches out to them. Alex works to save his mother. Cole works to restore the wrong he created in pursuing Jessica and Emily is still trying to save herself from an afterlife of the condemned.

The plot line of this book fell a little flat compared to the fi

Recommends it for: Anyone who liked the first two books
I couldn't help it - I needed to reread Vindicated as soon as I finished Forsaken. Totally alright that it's 3AM - not a big deal.

Vindicated picks up right where Forsaken left off - right after Alex FINALLY proposes to Jessica. We get to see: how Jessica's words & actions affected Cole; how Alex & Jessica fight to stay together; and more importantly - how Jessica is going to keep Alex from the Afterlife. All of my questions were finally answered in Vindicated, and it's bittersweet that t

I think this was a great end to the series. Story wise I really enjoyed it. Having said that I do believe the book could have been half its length if not for so much repetitiveness. It seemed to have on every third page about how much they loved each other, rocks in her stomach, how they needed more time. it started to get on my nerves. I thought there were details or obvious things left out or overlooked that could have been explained or made more sense instead of the constant repeating of fact ...more

Overall, I enjoyed this series although I did have a couple of critiques about the writing. In terms of the story, I found it to be very original so kudos to the author for creating an out of the ordinary angel story. In terms of the characters, the main protagonist Jessica, I found to be slightly annoying at times. She seemed a tad too intense as well as too syrupy at times. Seems like a paradox to say that but that's my perception of her and her struggle as a changed being and the crisis it ev ...more

Vindicated (Fall of Angels)

This by far was the best of the series. As it kept being pointed out Jessica did finally grow up. I'm not sorry that I kept reading. This was an easy one to keep me enthralled. I was wondering
If I wanted to change authors in spite of the fact I have another of her series waiting on my Kindle. Now I find it beckoning to me
Well, this is a good and really interesting 3rd sequel to Branded. The book is well written and the pace is fast. I liked the story and all, but I think I wanted some more action, although it had it enough....I don`t know! I just...
Anyway, I totally liked what happened with Jessica and Alex through the whole story, even when they both were fighting. And the wedding and honeymoon! I loved that part of this book. The whole book is quite friendly and happy, romantic(bit unreal), but it`s YA after a
I was very happy with the series! Sure there were typos and editing as some people had noted could have been a little better. When I read a book I sit down to be entertained/transported to another place/time, and with these books--I felt it. Was more than happy with them!

A lovely continuation from the end of Forsaken! Jessica and Alex are finally coming together in what they desire so deeply. Nothing comes easy, however, and they must face several challenges, even death itself, to figure out how to makes things work. The depth of devotion, loyalty and love really make this story special. There was a little question as to how Alex ended up the way he did in the very end... The only heartbreaker for me in this book was the lack of editing...cringe. Quite a few tim ...more

I don't know what I can say about this book I LOVED it so much!!!! I feel like if I talk about any of the charters I will just spoil the story. this is a must read for me. I have read the series so many time and it just keeps getting better and better
This review is my personal opinion and may contain: spoilers, quotes, rants, cussing (sometimes I cannot help myself) and a possible full on recap. I in no way want to ruin anyone’s book reading experience so please read my words with caution.

My heart hurt this ENTIRE book. I knew Alex couldn't stay... I mean I get it he's an Angel and does not belong BUT do I accept this? NO WAY! Cole helping Jessica was great. I hated him in book 1 and then Keary Taylor made m
This was an amazing series, in particular this book. So many things happen that tug at your heart. I bawled, it was so hard to read through all my tears. This is the first time I read a book written my Keary and I must say I am hooked, she knows how to get a reader attached to the character's, not just the main one but also the supporting ones. I found my self heart broken for Emily and cheering her on. I was attached to Sal from the very first book and my heart broke for her. I highly recommend ...more
I love this series! I will definitely be reading it again. I finished this book in just under 24 hours, which is pretty good considering the fact that I have 2 small children at home.

What a perfect ending to the storyline for everyone! I couldn't have been more happy for all included. I really can't say much without giving anything away, which I don't want to do because I don't want to ruin it for anyone else. I just really love the relationship between Alex and Jessica. And I love that she come
The weakest book in the trilogy by far. I personally would only recommend the first book, as a standalone novel.

There is a lot of fighting and personal sacrifices going on in this book. Jessica, Emily, Alex... Even Cole. And Jessica's role as a proxy finally comes in handy as Alex and Jessica stand trial before the angels at last. But my, my wasn't Sal's role awfully convenient...

As for Emily and her quest for redemption, I would have loved to see more moral ambiguity. And couldn't her sacrific

The last 4 chapters finally had the pull I'd been hoping for since book 1. I gave 3 stars because while I did care about what happened to the characters, but I couldn't sympathize with Jessica. I understood, but didn't agree with her logic of "it's not fair." Loads of people have love ripped from them, regardless of how desperately they cling to it, so that she was afforded a fighting chance is a blessing that requires big girl boots, not a child's whine of "it's not fair!" I enjoyed the pacing ...more
Heart wrenching and beautifully written.

Aside from a few grammatical errors, this book couldn't have been improved in any way. It is a genuine masterpiece. As the teens say; "Epic Win".

I thought it was a good book. So were books 1 and 2.

Very interesting. I love any books on angels, I liked all of the characters in the books. Can't wait to read the last book.
It has taken me quite a while to start this book even if I have read the previous ones in the serie. The thing is, the serie hasn't really been my firt priority since I didn't find the first books that exciting. Truth is, no character I've ever "encountered" has annoyed me as much as Jessica in these books. she was so whiney and almost threw love away becaue she desperately wanted to marry. How Alex put up with her is a mystery for me. And how she constantly keeps secrets from Alex because she i ...more
What would you do for love? Alex gave his life in exchange for Jessica's, now how can she save him? Add in some crazy family members, a few more dark eyed creepy angels, a bunch of door slamming and drama, and well, this final installment of the Fall of Angels does not lack in the emotionally driven plot department. Once again, the reader is thrust head first into Jessica's world as she attempts to reconcile her past with her present, and more importantly, her future...with Alex. But time is run ...more
