There are a few authors who have done an excellent job in putting "time off" into a step-by-step action plan. Levine is one of them. His kind of detailed planning might not be for everyone, though. If you like some hand-holding, or are afraid that money might run out during a sabbatical, this book is for you. He also offers some perspective on the benefits and fears of taking a sabbatical.
