Most of the recipes that sounded good are similar to recipes I already have, but some that sound new and different. There are a lot of suggestions for adapting recipes in different ways. I liked that quite a few recipes substitute agave nectar or honey for sugar. I’m planning to try several of the soups and the baked sweet potato chips.
