The "Hollywood" issue, fittingly read on my trip to LA (git it?). Some great pieces, some good pieces, some forgettable pieces.

-A nice poem by Frank O'Hara.

-An article on Henry Miller's time in LA, living as a painter. Highlight within this highlight: one of his biggest fans and patrons was Vincent Price. Miller won Price over by mailing a small watercolor and saying, "I'll send more paintings if you send me paint and a pair of socks."
