The author is quite detailed in his outline of how one can "bankrupt" their student loans. His main methods are: 1) as part of a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, if you're already saddled with non-educational debt 2) suing the government, which as a result, your entire life and spending will be probed in detail 3) Going on partial, or preferably complete disability.
