A good Punisher story. Money laundering criminal flees to a small island country and the Punisher hunts him down. Not a great story, nor is it very original but still solid. If you are a Punisher fan go for it. I must admit the artwork is awful. I realize that it is from 1990 but still very unimpressed with the artist.

the story is nothing special, although i do enjoy mediocre late 80's/early 90's punisher stories, but it has some of my favorite art.
