One of the best resources for my PhD Research. Quite complex but essential reading for public managers and policymakers. The actor, game and network model of analysis is awesome! The book describes how actors - with different perceptions, strategies, and institutional background - interact and negotiate game in a complex network, and how managers can play their part well.
