I wanted some light reading so I picked this book up among the dozens available at work. It's a story of a young girl working as a detective in New Orleans. It was fast reading, and ok, but not very memorable.

I really liked this storyline. It's interesting to see how a young adult can go undercover as a teenager. The descriptions of the living conditions in a small cultural community and how it affects people's lives was intriguing. The story moves well and the twist at the end was quite unexpected.
