Lordship Term 3. Shamefully low-church, but extremely sound and challenging pastoral exhortation on many points. I remember this being a great blessing to me when I first read it.

Tapered off in the home stretch, but the opening chapters are a must-read for all Christians. Ryle does an especially good job on the necessity of prayer and Bible reading.
