Just re-read this AGAIN!! Love it - so true in what he says. I'd certainly recommend this edition (12 principles) over the earlier (7 principles).
I read this about 20 times as a young adult and still live by much of the information.
Gerald Jampolsky is, by far, my favorite nonfiction author. You should read him!
