"Footprints in the Sand" is filled with mystery, christian romance, and lots of action. I bought the Nook version of this book and read it in one sitting. I couldn't put it down. I wanted to find out what would happen next with each chapter. The mystery begins with Callie's twin brother being abducted in Iraq. She meets Mark, whose father was also taken. I loved this book it captured my attention from the beginning and left me wanting to see what will happen next. It is full of suspense, mystery and romance while two people discover their faith. I have not been a reader in the past but when your best friend becomes a writer it is time to give it a try. I am so proud of her! I can't wait to see and read her next book!

ok so I liked the story itself, I also liked that it was fast pace. The author did not drag a scene for many pages but at the same time towards the end the book went a little too fast with no details. The book was good I just hope the future books have more description inside so it does not feel rushed.
