This was a workbook, not a book. It was ok, but not what I expected.

I use the book every morning for my morning inspirational reading, which is why it was included in the recommended reading section of my book: The Upside of Down Times: Discovering the Power of Gratitude

I have loved all of Breathnach's books, and this is no exception. How does she know where to go, how to coax ourselves to come to the surface? Smoosh together some Breathnach, SARK and Cameron for me daily and I'm guaranteed to learn something. My favorite, though, is still "Romancing the Ordinary."
